Home prices in this community are under $200,000 and the association fee is just $70.00 per month. Property taxes are in the $3,000 per year range. For NJ this is one of the more affordable communities I’ve seen. The community of Mystic Shores is located in Little Egg Harbor Township NJ just north of Atlantic City and South of Long Beach Island.
