In light of the recent impact of COVID-19 virus we have implemented a new service.  New seller clients have the option of our eLISTING Virtual Home Selling Service.  We will take new listings including video tours without having to come to your home and without any buyers having to come in your house.  

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Use your smart phone to shoot a video tour of your home interior and exterior.  We will send you a tutorial on exactly how to do this.

Step 2: We will do an online video consultation with you finding out what’s important to you about selling your home.  

Step 3:  Listing documents are signed electronically using your email address and can be signed from a smart phone, tablet or computer.   

Step 4:  We conduct a virtual Room By Room Review of your home making recommendations to stage your home to prepare for photos.

Step 5:  Take photos of your home and send them to us.  Use our tutorial to help you take the photos.  Also do a new video tour of your home interior and exterior if needed.

Step 6:  We do the rest.  We will take your video clips and make a narrated video tour of your home with music.  We’ll use your photos and enter them into the Multiple Listing Service as well as broadcast your listing to 500+ websites.  Buyers have the option of watching your video tour so they don’t need to enter your home.
