First Time Home Buyer Grant Programs Available In NJ! $17,000 now available.

Today, I’m thrilled to introduce an incredible opportunity for first-time homebuyers – the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency’s First Time Home Buyer Grant Program, offering up to $17,000 to help you unlock the door to your dream home. Buying a home for a first time buyer has been a challenge recently and this new grant program can really help bring home ownership dreams into reality.
Buying your first home is a milestone, but it can also be a financial challenge. That’s where the NJHMFA steps in, making homeownership more accessible and affordable.
To qualify for the NJHMFA First Time Home Buyer Grant, you need to meet a few criteria:
* Be a first-time homebuyer or someone who hasn’t owned a home in the past three years.
* Purchase a home in New Jersey as your primary residence.
* Meet income and loan requirements specific to the county where you’re buying.
* The grant is $10,000 and $17,000 if your parents don’t own a home.
