Finding an inexpensive 55+ home might be difficult. In this video, I go around the new neighborhood of The Greens, which was created by J.S. Builders Hovnanian and Sons. Contracts for a brand new 2 bed, 2 bath home with a one car garage and a walk up attic. Contracts are currently being signed in this new community, with prices beginning at $305,000. A third bedroom and bathroom are available upstairs, as well as an optional sunroom. The Greens is across the street from Sterling Glen, another JS Hovnanian and Sons subdivision in Monroe Township, Williamstown, New Jersey.
